SBi participates in
IBPSA-Nordic (The Nordic regional affiliate of the
IBPSA-World), which is a non-profit association under the IBPSA (The International Building Performance Simulation Association. SBi is member of the board that also have representatives from Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
The purpose of this association is to promote the use of simulation tools that can help improving the energy and environmental performance of buildings.
The association is a forum for scientists and professionals dealing with simulation tools for analyses of the performance of buildings. It will be possible to meet and exchange information and ideas through local meetings, conferences, on-line journals and other activities. Anybody working professionally with building simulation tools can become
member of the association.
